Mr. Max Loría, Viceminister for Justice and Peace of Costa Rica, during a Television interview at the closing ceremony of the workshop.


UNESCO San José Office organized a training workshop entitled “Networks Youth without Fear: Youth, Camera, Action on Violence Prevention” to train youth in the media campaining and the production of television spots and messages related to gender, violence prevention, culture of peace, human rights, tolerance, dialogue, freedom of expression, etc. The training workshop took place in Omar Dengo Foundation, San José, Costa Rica, from 14 to 26 March 2011.


Youth trained to produce TV spots aimed at their peers to promote activities, public participation and to inform youth of what is being made available.
