Ms Kim Simplis Barrow is Special Envoy for Women and Children, First Lady of Belize, Global Ambassador for Special Olympics and the Founder and Director of one of Belize’s most acclaimed NGOs, Lifeline Foundation, which strives to improve the quality of life for the children of Belize. She established the Foundation after transitioning from a distinguished career in both the domestic and international tourism industry.

Beyond her humanitarian work, Mrs. Simplis Barrow co-sponsored a Leadership Conference for Youth to develop the new generation of Belizean Leaders. She is also a Director for the Liberty Children’s Home, an advisor to the Voices for Life Foundation, an active member of the Belize Humane Society, and has served on the Development Committee for the Hand in Hand Ministries, an organization dedicated to building low income housing.
