Ms Kiran Mehra-Kerpelman is the Director of UN Information Centre for India and Bhutan, and Head of the Jury, We Care Filmfest. Ms Mehra-Kerpelman has served as the Chief of the Web, Information Production and Dissemination Unit for the International Labour Organization (ILO).  She was the Managing Editor and Senior Public Information Officer at ILO, where she introduced computer technology into all aspects of her public information work and was instrumental in building the first public web pages for ILO. Prior to that, she served as the Editor and the Production Manager of the World of Work, ILO’s flagship magazine.  Before joining ILO, Ms. Mehra-Kerpelman was an Editorial Assistant with the UN Disaster Relief Organization.
