<p class="rtejustify"><span>Mr Dipendra Manocha is working as the Developing countries coordinator and Lead of Training and Tech Support with the DAISY Consortium. Mr Manoucha is also a President of the DAISY Forum of India and a President National Association for the Blind, Delhi state Branch. He is managing trustee of the Saksham Trust. He represents International Organizations in the executive committee of the World Blind Union. During the past decade of work he has managed or coordinated numerous technological development or implementation projects for persons with disabilities.</span></p>
