Mr Anil Joshi is a Program Director, Human Ability & Accessibility at IBM India Research Lab. He works with Research Teams around accessibility solutions in IBM technologies and projects. Under his leadership, IBM has been recognized five times by the National Awards of Government of India; given by the President of India for accessibility technologies, cost effective solutions and workplace related initiatives of IBM for the persons with disabilities.

Anil has been evangelizing and delivered lectures in many national and international forums in accessibility arena. He is also associated with National Trust and other policy making bodies of Government of India in the field of disabilities. He is also one of the founder members of national level parents' organization for people with disabilities.
