Co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Disabled Persons’ Federation (CDPF), Internet Society of China and China Foundation for Disabled Persons (CFDP), the 7th China Information Accessibility Forum was held on November 3-4.


This annual conference aims to encourage and promote access to information among disabled people of the Chinese society.


Over 200 participants from the academia and from various national and international organisations of the private and non-profit sectors came to the conference.


In his speech, Mr. Singh reasserted UNESCO’s support for CDFP’s activities which have been a cornerstone in fostering and enhancing information accessibility in the country.
