Mr Mohammed Al-Tarawneh is Chairman of Cross Borders Development Consultants and UN Goodwill Ambassador for Peace & Development. With over 24 years of experience in both public sector and international development, Mr Al Tarawneh is an expert in international development affairs. An engineer by training, he has worked as the Director of Special Building Codes in the Municipality of Greater Amman, Jordan and as Chief Advisor to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the UN Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities.
Dr Mohamed Elhenawy is the Executive director of the Training Center and Outreach Programs Coordinator, The Egyptian Society For Persons with Autism and Other Disorders, ADVANCE.
Ms Meera Shenoy is the Advisor to the Prime Minister on skilling, she is also Senior Advisor ,UNDP for Skilling and employment, and Founder-CEO of Youth4Jobs. Youth4Jobs focuses on helping companies hire an inclusive workforce. This includes market linked skilling and placing in organized sector jobs girls, tribals, SCs and persons with disability. They have trained 2500 persons with disabilities and placed 70% in organized sector jobs. She was awarded the NCPEDP-Shell Helen Keller award this year for being a Role model individual for increasing employment opportunities for the disabled.
Dr Masakazu Suzuki specializes in the development of tools to help people with disabilities access to scientific content and mathematics. He worked at the University of Kyushu 1977a 2010. He is now Professor Emeritus at Kyushu University and director of NPO: Science Accessibility Net. Mr. Suzuki is a member of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication, the Mathematical Society of Japan and several other professional organizations.
Mr Mark Coppin is the Assistive Technology Director at Anne Carlsen Center. Mark has 25 years of experience working in various capacities at Anne Carlsen Center. As Director of Assistive Technology, he coordinated the provision of assistive technology services for the Center. He is also a member of the outreach technology team, which provides evaluations and consultation services throughout North Dakota.

Ms Maria Eugenia Sozio is the Research Analyst at the Regional Center for Studies on the Development of the Information Society (Cetic.br), an Unesco Category II Center based in São Paulo. Ms. Sozio conducts nationwide survey projects in Brazil aimed at the production of ICT statistics and indicators.
Ms Madhu Khatri is the Associate General Counsel for Microsoft India. In her role, Madhu advises the company’s business leaders on a range of issues including IP, legal compliance, commercial and transactional matters, corporate governance, and government affairs. Madhu has over 20 years of experience in corporate law, ranging from litigation transaction support to in-house consulting. He has rich and varied experience both at national and international levels in Rural Development; ICT, Communication and Extension; Distance & Continuing Education; Multi-Media in Distance Eduction; Training Methodology; Training skills; University Administration; Monitoring and Evaluation; Panchayati Raj and Social Change from his more then 33 years career in the field, out of which he spent about 8 years abroad on an international assignment.
Ms Lise Grande is the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in India. Ms Lise Grande has worked for the United Nations since 1994, serving in Armenia, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, East Timor, Haiti, Occupied Palestine, South Sudan, Sudan, and Tajikistan. Ms Grande worked for the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) for seven years, and was involved in some of the United Nations’ largest humanitarian operations. She then served as Resident Coordinator and Resident Representative for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Armenia.
Mr Lenín Voltaire Moreno Garces is the Special Envoy on Disability and Accessibility, United Nations, and the Chairperson of the Committee for the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities of the Organization of American States. Mr. Moreno is a globally acclaimed advocate for persons with disabilities and inclusive society. Under his leadership as Vice-President, Ecuador greatly advanced social inclusion and the integration of persons with disabilities into national development efforts as well as regional and international cooperation.
