Ms Kiran Mehra-Kerpelman is the Director of UN Information Centre for India and Bhutan, and Head of the Jury, We Care Filmfest. Ms Mehra-Kerpelman has served as the Chief of the Web, Information Production and Dissemination Unit for the International Labour Organization (ILO).  She was the Managing Editor and Senior Public Information Officer at ILO, where she introduced computer technology into all aspects of her public information work and was instrumental in building the first public web pages for ILO.

Dr Katsuhita Katsuhito Yamaguchi specialises in the development of assistive tools for print disabled people to access scientific and mathematical content. He has been working at Nihon University since April 1990; he is now Professor at Nihon University and COO of NPO: Science Accessibility Net. Dr Yamaguchi is a member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication and the Physical Society of Japan.

Dr Joshi Park is a Programme Specialist, UNESCO Office in Bangkok and Regional Bureau for Education.  She plays a key role in supporting governments of the Asia-Pacific region to integrate ICT in their education system, building capacity of teachers and teacher educators to effectively use ICT in their classroom practices and promoting dialogues between various stakeholders to promote ICT-enhanced student-centered learning.

Mr. Jinuk Shin joined Samsung Electronics in 1986, and spent over 7 years in the Vienna office from 1991 to 1997. From 99 to 2005, he worked for promoting CE Sales and Marketing in Samsung Hungary. He was in GMO (Global Marketing operation) for 4 years, from 2006 to 2009. He was appointed as President of Samsung Nigeria, where he spent three years until 2012. He joined Global Marketing Operations in 2013 and a leader of Corporate Citizenship Group.

Sh. Jawhar Sircar is the Chief Executive Officer of Prasar Bharati, India's national public service broadcaster, with the rank of Secretary to the Government of India. He supervises the two broadcasting networks of India, namely, All India Radio (AIR) & Doordarshan (TV): that are among the first three biggest in the world.

Mr James Teh is the Executive Director of NV Access Limited. Mr Teh has always been passionate about technology, especially free, open source software and accessibility. Totally blind since birth, he has a strong belief in community and empowerment. In 2006, he joined his long-time friend Michael Curran in the development of the free, award-winning NVDA screen reader, finally facilitating fully independent and free access to Windows computers for themselves and other blind people. James is a founding director of NV Access, the Australian charity set up to support NVDA.
