Ms Stuti Kacker has is the Secretary Department of Disability Affairs in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Smt Kackar has a vast and varied field experience and worked as Resident Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh at New Delhi, Joint Secretary, Information & Broadcasting Department, earlier she was District Magistrate Gazipur and Commissioner Jhansi Division. Ms Kacker is working on the National Programme for Empowerment of Disabled People based on the CBR or Community Based Rehabilitation strategy which will focus on issues of inclusion.

Dr Sridhar Gutam is a Senior Scientist in Agricultural Research Service of Indian Council of Agricultrual Research and a Plant Physiologist at ICAR Research Compled for Eastern Region, Research Centre, Ranchi. Dr Gutam is also an advocate of Open Access and currently acting as Convener, Open Access India. Apart from plant physiology of agriculture and horticultural crops, he has interests in Free Software and Open Access to Research. I am also now acting as a Mentor in YPARD.

She is also working with Ben Cohen foundation on anti-bullying developing interactive materials for schools and contributing to Prof Stephen Hawkins’ work on gender equality in sciences. Her current role as well as measuring effectiveness in the inspection and regulation activities of Ofsted, includes holding the equality and human rights portfolio.
