Dr Rehema Baguma is the Director Academic Affairs/Academic Registrar for Uganda Management and Technology University. She assists the Deputy Vice Chancellor in overseeing the coordination, administration and organization of all academic matters in the Schools including admission, undergraduate studies, postgraduate studies, and examinations. Dr Baguma is also the Secretary of the University Senate.

Dr. Ramesh C. Gaur is presently the University Librarian (Professor Grade), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi (www.jnu.ac.in). Prior to this he was Librarian & Head, Kala Nidhi Division at Indira Gandhi National Centre for the arts (IGNCA), New Delhi and was the Project Coordinator of an International Bibliographic Project known as ABIA, South and Southeast Asian Art and Archeology Index. Dr. Gaur has also headed Kala Kosha Division of IGNCA during October 2009 to December 2010, and National Mission for Manuscripts (NMM), IGNCA as its Director from April 2009 to September 2009. He is the Project Coordinator for a collaborative project with C-DAC, Pune and Department of Information Technology, Government of India on “Development of Digital Repository of Indian Cultural Heritage” under the project “Centre for Excellence on Digital Preservation”.

Prof. Balakrishnan is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at IIT Delhi. He worked as a Scientist in CARE, IIT Delhi where he was involved in designing and implementing real-time DSP systems. For the last 22 years, he is involved in teaching and research in the areas of digital systems design, electronic design automation and embedded systems. He has supervised 10 Ph.D. students, more than hundred B.Tech. and M.Tech students and published nearly 100 conference and journal papers.

Pranshu Singhal is the head of Sustainability at Nokia India and leads the strategic planning and execution on sustainability. He has been with Nokia for 9 years in various capacities and has been based in Helsinki, Singapore and presently Gurgaon. Recently he has developed one of the world’s largest take-back & recycling programme in India, has designed the ‘Create to Inspire’ fellowship, which provides youth a platform to use creative arts for building innovative social action projects; developed an environment education initiative which runs in 2500+ schools in India.

Dr Oerero is an author numerous publications and a leader of research projects funded by the Spanish and Catalan Government, she is now participating in the IRG-AVA - Intersector Rapporteur Group Audiovisual Media Accessibility. Dr Orero holds the INDRA Accessibile Technologies Chair since 2012.
