Capacity Building in Inclusive Education in Montenegro

Tivat, Montenegro - 21 to 23 November 2007 A training workshop on Inclusive Education for professionals working in secondary schools will take place in Montenegro. In line with the education reform process in Montenegro and the principle of providing equal access to education for all citizens in Montenegro, this training workshop aims to enhance the capacity development of all pedagogues and psychologists working in secondary schools in Montenegro.

 

The training will further raise awareness and the acquisition of the basic skills necessary for developing a broadened concept of inclusive education in terms of visions and practices. An international expert in special needs and Inclusive Education will facilitate the training.

 

The event is co-organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Montenegro, the UNESCO headquarters in Paris and the Community of Practice of Curriculum Development (IBE-UNESCO).
