Independent Fora on FfD
Three constituencies have created specialized bodies to coordinate on-going post-Conference engagement with the FFD intergovernmental process and the FFD Office. After the Monterrey Conference, various civil society organizations have established facilitating groups. The business sector organizations transformed their conference co-ordinating group into the Coordinating Committee of Business Interlocutors on Financing for Development. At the same time the International Parliamentary Union has formally established an inter-parliamentary task force to examine issues relating to financing for development.
