杭州西湖文化景观

自公元9世纪以来，西湖的湖光山色引得无数文人骚客、艺术大师吟咏兴叹、泼墨挥毫。景区内遍布庙宇、亭台、宝塔、园林，其间点缀着奇花异木、岸堤岛屿，为江南的杭州城增添了无限美景。数百年来，西湖景区对中国其他地区乃至日本和韩国的园林设计都产生了影响，在景观营造的文化传统中，西湖是对天人合一这一理想境界的最佳阐释。
