Artist's profile
Born in Sanjaya, a village in Gujarat, she is a self-trained artist and reflects her rural influences in her stylized folk art. Her work has been seen internationally in exhibitions held in other countries and cities abroad more prominent amongst which, are the exhibitions held in London (at Camden Art Center followed by a tour of other cities in the U.K), Amsterdam (a show of three women- painters), New York, Australia (at James Harvey Gallery, Balmain) and Kuwait. Lives and works in Delhi.
