The aim of this project was to train specialist communication educators, media professionals and sociocultural coordinators in the design, fine-tuning and evaluation of models for teaching and learning materials in the media education field.

Implemented over the period 1990-1994

The request for IPDC assistance was based on the need to record and broadcast the songs and music of Nepalese musicians; to protect and develop the disapperaing Nepalese culture, ethnic groups, etc., to maintain a music documentation centre and to promote the research of folk music and culture.
