• Spain reiterates its commitment to the Integral Development Plan for Central America

  ​The Government of Spain reiterates its firm commitment to the development of the Central American region and to the Comprehensive Development Plan for Central America (Comprehensive Development Plan for El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico) promoted by Mexico and in which El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras also participate. Its content was recently announced by Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador
