Millions of children around the world are deprived of the right to education.

The result: One out of three children never see the inside of a classroom. UNESCO works with national governments and development partners to achieve universal free primary education and gender equality by 2015.

Reaching the unreached through nomadic schools:
Reaching the unreached through nomadic schools:15-05-2007 (UNESCO Moscow) - In Siberia, Russian Federation, certain schools follow the reindeers’ migration routes. In remote areas and extreme weather, the herders’ children thus have access to education, with UNESCO support.
