Draft ASPnet Strategy And Plan Of Action 2004-2009

Participants at the ASPnet International Congress “Navigators for Peace” in support of Quality Education meeting in Auckland, New Zealand (3-8 August 2003) developed the following Strategic Framework for the period of 2004 to 2009. It is designed to chart a new course to enable ASPnet to play a more effective role in fostering quality education.
