The Koi Nobori Festival – 'the festival of the world’s children'

The inaugural cermony of the 2010 Koi Nobori Festival – 'the festival of the world’s children' will be held on Friday, April 30 at 7pm at UNESCO's headquarters in Paris.

The ceremony was organized within the framework of the International Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non-violence for the Children of the World, 2001-2010. The festival will from May 1 to 29, 2010 and is organized by ESpace Hattori, Centre Culturel Franco-Japonais under the patronage of UNESCO and the Embassy of Japan in France.
