This IV international conference is organized by a UNESCO Chair in New Information Technologies in Education For All and will take place in Kyiv from 24 to 26 of November 2009.

    Main topics for discussion at the conference are:
  • Information and communication technologies in education for all: innovative methods and models;
  • System of e-learning;
  • Information literacy and the development of professional competences in information society;
  • Information technologies for support of continuous learning;
  • Educational communities based on web-technologies.
