New website for UNESCO New Delhi

New Delhi is UNESCO’s first Field Office to adopt the new look and feel of UNESCO.ORG. The new site is now an integral part of the Worldwide entry point in the UNESCO Portal and exemplifies its layout, data structure and graphic standards. Many other Field Offices will launch new websites in the months to come.
The New Delhi website heralds the renewal of Field Office websites. The new site delivers a variety of content, including
  • information on and history of the Office;
  • its mission and strategy; focused news and articles;
  • Office’s documentation resources; and
  • specific updated information on the Offices’ fields of competence.

    The site also features geographical access points to countries within the scope of the New Delhi’s cluster and is linked with UNESCO’s Integrated Calendar of Events.

    Pioneering the movement towards a more coherent portal, UNESCO’s goal is to harmonize graphics, navigation, and ergonomy to help our users learn how to easily find information on UNESCO activities. A simplified navigation reduces graphics to a minimum and provides greater accessibility across different browsing software and operating systems.
