Regional Organization



Establish and develop bonds of solidarity among all towns and local authorities and exchange information on African experiences in the field of municipal organization; establish relations of cooperation with national, regional or international organizations; develop local democracy and communal action in Africa; improve the urban environment in Africa, such as public transport, urban planning, housing; contribute to the protection of African children and to the promotion of the African woman; contribute to the development of the educational system in Africa.
