Objectives
The specific objectives of this Chair are to:
- strengthen North-South, South-South and triangular cooperation on water and environment management for sustainable cities;
- assess needs and problems at the national and regional levels, design and carry out research projects to address them, and disseminate results widely;
- design and implement activities facilitating multi-stakeholder participation, networking, sharing of knowledge and good practices; and,
- develop training materials at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and provide training.
