Download

In line with the Strategy for TVET and the Shanghai Consensus recomendations, UNESCO will examine the complete landscape of skills including foundation and transferable skills while emphasizing the pivotal role of skills development through TVET in bridging education with the world of work. TVET and skills conceptualizations will be also informed by the post-2015 education and development agendas. The activities are organised in a compelmentary and mutually reinforcing. For example, the work on skills conceptualisation will inform the work on recognition of qualifications.
