Accession by Norway of the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict (The Hague, 26 March 1999)

On 5 September 2016, Norway deposited with the Director-General its instrument of accession of the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict.

In accordance with the terms of its Article 43.2, the date of entry into force of this Protocol with respect to Norway is 5 December 2016.
