Sound mixing (pc)

Software sound mixing has the same functionalities as a mixing console. The main idea is to control the levels of several sound inputs to obtain a single output. Depending on the program used, signals can be mono or stereo, and many other possibilities can be added to the basic principle.

25 Oct 2005 - This software has 4 stereo sound tracks (the first 4) and 14 MIDI tracks.

CSound
08 Jan 2004 - CSound is a successor to the legendary Music V. Like the latter, it requires some patience to learn the various commands. In fact, to produce a sound, you have to start by programming two pure text files in lines of code.
