 It is a showcase for more than 180 video artists from all over the world, featured in programs, single-work screenings, video installation exhibitions, VJ performances, Internet platforms and discussions - all aimed at giving the local public an up-to-date, first-hand glance at the state of video art.

The use of a global branding and communicational elements makes it impossible to classify their works as ŚLatin-American, since those same elements are found today anywhere else in the art world.
