Newsletter - September 2005 Welcome to the third edition of the Global Alliance Newsletter. It is a busy time for the Alliance with our first international conference 'Partnerships on the Move' taking place in Paris, 12 September. That is to be followed by the workshop 'Building and Promoting Creative Cities' on 13 September. There have been exciting developments with the Creative Cities Network in recent months. New cities have been appointed and applications keep arriving from cities all over the world to join the network.
