	- The participant did not tick “I agree” to the Rules >> Solution: Tick “I agree”. - The participant forgot to fill in one or several “Required information”fields: >> Solution: Go back to the registration form and fill in all the “Required Information”. - The participant did not follow the instructions on maximum word lengths: >> Solution: Please note that blanks between two characters count as additional characters. - The participant did not follow the instructions on the type of characters allowed: >> Solution: Please note that in most case only “alphanumerical “ –meaning alphabetical or numerical- characters are allowed. - The participant entered two different passwords: >> Solution: Make sure the passwords entered are identical. - The participant did not open the verification email sent by the consultation administrator and therefore did not complete his/her registration. >> Solution: The verification message is only valid for 24 hours. If you don’t open it on time, the information you filled in will be cancelled and you’ll have to start the registration process again.
