UNESCO New Delhi Office promotes international cooperation; functions as a laboratory of ideas and serves as a clearinghouse for dissemination and sharing of information and knowledge in all fields of UNESCO’s competence, namely, education, the natural and social sciences, culture and communication.
It also helps the Member States covered by this Cluster Office to build their human and institutional capacities in diverse fields.
