    The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is considered as one of the largest aid donors in the world. As far as extrabudgetary cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UNESCO is concerned, its contributions are significant in the recent years, even though the level of contribution varies drastically each year.
