Adoption of the Agenda and Timetable English \| Français \| Espańol \| العربية \| 中文 \| Русский Election of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairpersons and Rapporteur The Conference of Parties elected six officers in total, one from each of the electoral groups of UNESCO. The term of office will be until the opening of the next ordinary session of the Conference of Parties in 2009. English \| Français \| Espańol \| العربية \| 中文 \| Русский Approval of the 2007 Prohibited List International Standard The Conference of Parties unanimously approved the 2007 Prohibited List issued by the World Anti-Doping Agency, which contains the substances or methods prohibited in-competition, out-of-competition and by particular sports. The List is an integral part of the Convention because it is fundamental to international harmonization in the fight against doping in sport. It is essential that the Prohibited List is universally accepted by governments and the sports movement. Article 31 of the Convention requires States Parties to submit reports every two years to the Conference of Parties outlining measures taken by them for the purposes of complying with the provisions of the Convention. English \| Français \| Espańol \| العربية \| 中文 \| Русский Administration of the Fund for the Elimination of Doping in Sport This document outlines a framework to administer the Fund for the Elimination of Doping in Sport. Established under Article 17 of the Convention, the Voluntary Fund is designed to assist States Parties in the development and implementation of anti-doping programmes consistent with the Convention and may also serve to cover functioning costs of the Convention.
