UNESCO and PSBT thank all filmmakers having submitted their productions for this initiative, held annually since 2002, aiming at promoting the expression of cultural and linguistic diversity through the audiovisual language and providing a platform for the showcasing and distribution of public service oriented content from all regions of the world. The films submitted to the Open Frame will also be considered for inclusion in UNESCO’s Audiovisual E-platform, a multicultural, on-line catalogue that facilitates the international exchange and dissemination of outstanding audiovisual productions.
