EMS - Electroacoustic Music in Sweden



EMS´ primary purpose is to enable and promote artistic creation in electroacoustic music (EAM) and its use in other areas of art. EMS does not give priority to any particular aesthetic or genre. Besides EAM production, EMS arranges and supports festivals, concerts and CD-productions. EMS offers courses in EAM and related topics for amateurs and professionals. EMS collaborates with Swedish colleges of music and regional music institutions throughout the country, and acts as an advisor.
