Tolerance ends violence!
Tolerance doesn't make you less. Just the opposite, it makes you stronger inside.
Toleranceviolence.gifIn sports, as in life, we are sometimes afraid to do badly. So, to protect ourselves, we may sometimes be violent or selfish or bad sports. To make ourselves look better and to win, we might even be tempted to cheat or to humiliate others.
Everyone knows that violence just leads to more violence. To win by playing roughly isn't worth it. But agressive feelings can be turned into positive energy and used to improve ourselves. To be tolerant is to respect the opponent as we wish to be respected.

Tolerance is accepting that others might be better than we are without losing self confidence. It means having a team spirit and accepting both victory and defeat with good grace.
