UNESCO HIV and Health Education Clearinghouse

New online library on discrimination related to sexual orientation and gender identity/expression launched in Chile

Bibliodiversa offers a wide array of documents about the LGBT community including academic studies and publications from UNESCO, UNICEF, NGOs and international and national partners.

The Bibliodiversa project, developed by the Todo Mejora Foundation with support from the Regional Bureau for Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (OREALC/UNESCO Santiago), is an online resource that seeks to support different stakeholders in civil society and academia in their work on discrimination related to discrimination and violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity/expression (SOGIE). The website offers access to a wide variety of materials related to sectoral responses to this phenomenon, including the educational setting.
