    This study examines the institutional arrangements established to address the challenges of HIV and AIDS in Zimbabwe. The first part of the study looks specifically at the Zimbabwe National AIDS Council (ZNAC) - its organisational structure and, to a limited extent, its programmes - while the second part of the study looks at selected non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
