The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

History
1974. Subsequently ceased to exist, but revived in 1983 as Association francophone d'accueil et de liaison. Previous statutes adopted 25 Nov 1997, Paris (France). Most recent statutes adopted, 3 Sep 2005, Paris (France). Registered in accordance with French law.
Aims
Contribute to the defence and expansion of the French language worldwide; unite francophone associations, assure dialogue among them and promote their activities, in particular through joint information; participate in international francophone institutions.
