The project supported the Government’s efforts to provide vocational education and training opportunities for Jordanian and Syrian refugee youth affected by the Syria Crisis and was aligned with the 2016-2018 Jordan Response Plan objective to provide post-basic education opportunities for vulnerable Jordanian and Syrian refugee youth. As Ms. Costanza Farina, UNESCO Representative to Jordan stated “The programme we are celebrating today is in strong support of the Jordan Response Plan to the Syria Crisis and is at the same time the result of efforts on the part of many.
