    Equatorial Guinea participates in the implementation of the UNESCO-WTO Cultural Tourism programme related to the Slave Route.

    This country has demonstrated its wish to reinforce its cultural cooperation with UNESCO by ratifying Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict in 2003.
