Objectives
  • To train high level specialists necessary to the good working of the national system of royalty protection and neighbouring rights and to the international representation of the country on the matter.

  • To ensure the lawyers a specialized training concerning the business of goods and services protected by royalty and neighbouring rights.

  • To develop and update the national competences on the matter according to the development of the forms of creation and business of works and to the evolution of the international relations related to cultural exchanges.
