| The MDGs: an information note on selected initiatives - by UNDP/MDGs Unit The Millennium Project has made a solid start, with its basic infrastructure in place and a first set of outputs delivered by mid-2003. The focus now is shifting to the primary research being commissioned in the build-up to the Interim Task Force Reports, due in December 2003; to the synthesis Interim Project Report, due in June 2004; and to connecting the intellectual efforts and expert networks of the Project to the policy advocacy and analytic work of UN Country Teams.Continuer |

The paper was developed through consultations with our membership. We hope it will serve as an important resource for policymakers as they craft this new initiative.
