Higher Education Mobility, Quality and Innovation
The University Mobility, Quality and Innovation site aims to provide a platform for information exchange on higher education quality assurance, accreditation and the recognition of qualifications. Resources on this site are of interest to main stakeholders in higher education – government bodies, institutions, and students.

Students Resources include Information Tools from the Study Abroad Publication - access to the Study Abroad Database and section on Open and Distance Learning (ODL) as well as a list of key questions for learners to better assess the learning experience offered before beginning a course of study and step-by-step instructions on how to use the UNESCO conventions on the recognition of qualifications in higher education .

Institutional and Government Resources include key documentation on standard-setting and capacity building activities of the Global Forum. This includes information on policy issues related to cross-border providers of higher education; texts and information on the regional/inter-regional conventions on the recognition of qualifications, including updates on the review process as well as activities in quality assurance.

Resources on this site are part of the UNESCO Global Forum on Quality Assurance, Accreditation and the Recognition of Qualifications and aim to provide key documentation concerning the challenges of globalization on higher education.
