The Information for All Programme (IFAP) will help to implement the Recommendations of UNESCO’s World Report “Towards Knowledge Societies”. An open thematic debate during the next Meeting of the Bureau of the Intergovernmental Council the programme in September 2006 shall contribute to specify the developments relating to each of the six out of ten recommendations that are relevant to IFAP.
