Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review

The triennial (now: quadrennial) comprehensive policy review of operational activities for development of the United Nations system (TCPR/QCPR) constitutes a key text to orient the development cooperation activities of the United Nations system, including through United Nations coordination and inter-agency collaboration at the global, regional and country levels. As such, it had been discussed by UNESCO’s governing bodies, which have decided to align the Organization’s C/5 programming cycle with the quadrennial cycle of the comprehensive policy review.
