L'UNESCO et la Mondialisation
La mondialisation a engendré de nouvelles formes d’échanges et de compréhension mutuelle mais a également favorisé l’émergence – ou la réémergence - d’inquiétantes formes d’ignorance dans un contexte nouveau. Au cours de la dernière décennie, le monde a fait l’expérience de nouvelles formes de guerres et de conflits et a été confronté à des menaces radicalement différentes.
