General AssemblyComposed of 10 members representing the departments of the State (Basic and Secondary Education; and Higher Education, Research and Technology), governmental organizations and institutions, non-governmental organizations, the media and expert individuals.
The General Assembly meets quarterly.
Committees or Sub-CommitteesThere are five technical committees, for education, science, social and human sciences, culture and communication. They meet as frequently as necessary.
