LegislationThe National Commission has a Charter.
Documentation CentreThe Commission planned to establish a documentation centre in 1999.
Structure of the CommissionThe National Commission meets in plenary twice a year.
Members/CompositionThe National Commission comprises 7 members representing the Ministries (Education, Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Internal Affairs), the National Telecommunications Authority, the Parliament, the Cabinet, as well as NGOs such as the Youth-to-Youth in Health Organization.
Executive CommitteeThe Commission has no Executive Committee.
General AssemblyThe General Assembly consists of seven (7) members representing cultural communities and social affiliates. They meet thrice a year.
Committees or Sub-CommitteesSub-committees and commissions have not yet been established. They will represent the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Telecommunicatons Authority, the Nitijela/Parliament, and the Cabinet and NGO organizations such as the Youth-to-Youth in Health.
