We do have the skills to do it (PAL)

If you want to develop, learn the adequate skills and join forces. Two communities in Western Africa undertake a new approach to work and to everyday life. New villager's groupings, practical learning and community loans for professional and economic advancement. A pragmatic approach, far from pre-empted and often inefficient schemes. A real hope for regions fighting poverty.
