Alianza Global para la Diversidad Cultural
La Alianza Global para la Diversidad Cultural de la UNESCO está explorando nuevas vías para transformar la capacidad creativa de los países en desarrollo en industrias culturales sostenibles. La Alianza tiene el doble objetivo de preservar la diversidad cultural y apoyar el desarrollo económico y la creación de empleo en un amplio espectro de industrias culturales entre las que se incluyen la música, la publicidad, el cine, la artesanía y las artes del espectáculo.Después de su lanzamiento como proyecto piloto en 2002, la experiencia de la Alianza Global en el desarrollo de partenariados entre sector público y privado servirá los programas y actividades vinculadas a la aplicación de la Convención sobre la protección y la promoción de la diversidad de las expresiones culturales. Agradecemos a todos aquellos que han participado en la encuesta de la Alianza Global. Las valiosas contribuciones aportadas contribuirán a definir la estrategia de la Alianza Global y a adaptar su nueva plataforma a las necesidades de sus socios.
